OCTOBER 2024 NEWS BULLETIN

Dear Parents/Guardians;
We extend our greetings and thank you for your endless support you towards the teaching and learning process of our children. We are really proud of our
school and the staff work who extremely hard to make sure that teaching and learning are full and excitement. We work as a strong team and strive hard to involve parents as much as possible in this noble duty of imparting knowledge and values among our
children. The month of October 2024 was premised on the theme: Don’t be afraid to do great things. We request you to continuously encourage our learners not to be afraid to do great things or start new things.
Key Highlights in October 2024
Thriving on your support we managed to register the following achievements:
 Parent’s – Teacher’s Engagement day was held on 26th October 2024. We thank all parents who managed to attend and gave us feedback and constructive criticism upon which we are able to make continuous improvements.
 Between 21st and 23rd October 2024 our learners did midterm examinations. We noted progressive improvements in all learning areas.
 The school acquired a school van to ease movement of our learners to and from school. We thank parents who have enrolled their children on school transport program.
 Completion of play Centre with adequate play materials. We are happy to report that our learners are very excited with growing levels of love for the school. We are able to learn through play.
 A modern Day Care facility was been completed and equipped. We encourage you to enroll your babies who are not yet due for nursery instead of leaving them with unprofessional maids
 We are excited to announce the commencement of our daily prayer devotion. It’s a special time dedicated to reflect on the spiritual growth and unity with in the school. The dedication moment runs daily for a period of 15 minutes from 7:30
am to 7:45am. Please ensure our children are dropped early to benefit from the prayers and Duwa.

Short Term Plans for the School

We are committed to provide holistic teaching and learning experience to our learners in a safe, secure and secure learning environment. In this endeavor, the following projects are earmarked for November and December 2024:
 Construction and equipping a Music Centre

 Construction of Information and Centre

Dear parents and guardians,
Allow me on behalf of my fellow learners whom I lead as their President to greet you and thank you for enable us study at Brain Buttons Pristine School. We are really happy and proud of our school. Our teachers are really good, they listen and care for us. Our
meals are excellent and nutritious. Many good things are taking place at school but allow me to pen about the Cultural Day which took place on 19th October 2024. All learners reported to school putting on their traditional wear to embrace their culture including Baganda, Basoga, Bateso,Bnayankole, Eritreans, Sudanese, Basoga. On that day, we were allowed to speak in our local languages. All of us talked about our cultures, cultural experiences, food, dress
code, the norms etc. It was a wonderful experience with our head teacher and teaching with us, the teachers sharing stories and experiences with us! I can’t forget that day. I am grateful to our parents who made us smart on our cultural wear day. We pray for you good health and God’s protection and providence.

Venue: Brain Buttons Pristine School- Play Centre
Time: 9:00am to 4:00pm
We encourage you to attend and support our learners as we strive to help them explore their talents. Your presence and participation will not only make this
function successful but will also remain a memorable experience in their lives. Come with a friend/s.
c) Interviews / Admission
The school has vacancies in all classes from Day Care to Primary Five. Registration/interviews for 2025 intake is ongoing from Monday to Saturday between 9:00am to 5:00pm

b) Previous report card
c) Interview / registration fee Shs 50,000
d) Passport photos.
d) End Of Term Three Academic Year 2024
Term three of academic year 2024 is scheduled to end on Saturday 30th November 2024 with issuance of report cards and Holiday Package at a cost of Shs. 15,000 per
copy per child.
